Orange Spiced Tea Smoothie

If you're new here, I'm posting a new smoothie every day the month of October.


I drink tea every morning, and my tea of choice is always Orange Spice, so why not combine my tea with my morning protein smoothie!


Ingredients
  • 1 cup orange spice tea, chilled
  • 1 scoop vanilla chai protein powder (this is what I use
  • 1 frozen banana
  • sweetener of choice
  • ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend away. ENJOY!

Day 1 - Watermelon Smoothie
Day 2 - Chocolate Coconut Chai
Day 3 - Orange Powerhouse
Day 4 - Purple Pick-Me-Up
Day 5 - Irishman
Day 6 - Strawberry Almond
