This is a great morning protein smoothie! I find myself making this and taking it on the go, those mornings I'm off and running.
Ingredients
- 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (here is what I use)
- 1 cup milk (I use almond milk, or coconut milk)
- Sweetener of Choice
- Ice
Directions
Add everything to blender, and blend well. ENJOY!

31 days of smoothies? I subscribed. I'll just have to keep my source secret for now, or my son will drool all over my keyboard. (He's 16 and a bit of a smoothieholic.) *lol*

Sounds good! I need to get on this smoothie train - I'm pushing myself to eat a good breakfast, but I'm getting a little crabby about it.
