Day 7 of 31 Days of Smoothies!
If you're new here, I'm posting a new smoothie every day the month of October.
I drink tea every morning, and my tea of choice is always Orange Spice, so why not combine my tea with my morning protein smoothie!
- 1 cup orange spice tea, chilled
- 1 scoop vanilla chai protein powder (this is what I use)
- 1 frozen banana
- sweetener of choice
Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend away. ENJOY!
Day 1 - Watermelon Smoothie
Day 2 - Chocolate Coconut Chai
Day 3 - Orange Powerhouse
Day 4 - Purple Pick-Me-Up
Day 5 - Irishman
