Day 4 of 31 Days of Smoothies!
If you're new here, I'm posting a new smoothie recipe every day in the month of October!
So I don't know about you, but by about 3:00 I'm starting to drag!! So I created this quick little healthy smoothie to get through the afternoon!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (I like Silk Coconut Milk in vanilla)
- 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 pkt Pomegranate Energizing Tea
Directions
Add all to blender, and blend until smooth. You may add ice as well if it's not as thick as you like. Enjoy!!
