Today is Day 2 of 31 Days of Smoothies!
If you're new here, I'm posting a new smoothie recipe the month of October!
Doesn't that chocolatey goodness look good!!! Like most women, I love chocolate.
- 1 cup milk (I like the Vanilla Coconut Milk in the smoothie)
- 1 - 2 scoops vanilla chai protein mix
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 frozen banana
- sweetener of choice
Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!!
