Orange Powerhouse Protein Smoothie

It's Day 3 of 31 Days of Smoothies!
If you're new here, I'm posting a new smoothie every day for the month of October!!



This is a great morning protein smoothie! I find myself making this and taking it on the go, those mornings I'm off and running.


Ingredients
  • 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (here is what I use)
  • 1 cup milk (I use almond milk, or coconut milk)
  • Sweetener of Choice 
  • Ice
Directions
Add everything to blender, and blend well. ENJOY!

  4. Sounds good! I need to get on this smoothie train - I'm pushing myself to eat a good breakfast, but I'm getting a little crabby about it.
