It's Day 1 of 31 Days of Smoothies!
Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite smoothies from the summer. Now I know summer is gone (boo hoo) but I know I can still enjoy this taste of summer all year long.
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 - 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 scoops strawberry protein powder (Here is my favorite)
- sweetener of choice (optional)
Add everything to a blender, and blend until smooth.
