For all you busy moms out there...this is the smoothie for you!!!

When I came across this little beauty over at my friend Erin's blog, I just knew I had to make it!
By far, my favorite so far!
Not only is it perfect for the summer time, but it also gives you the energy you need to get through the rest of your day! I enjoy it for lunch, with some fresh fruits and veggies, perfect healthy meal!

Here's what you need!
(you can find it here)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup Ginger Ale
1/2 cup lime juice
2 scoops Vanilla Protein (as you know, I prefer Shaklee, just make sure it's good quality!)
Optional - Ice, if you're wanting a thicker smoothie, add the ice, I liked it thinner actually.
I also added 2 Truvia packets, it was a bit tart without it for me, just give it a taste before you add it!

YUM!!!

  9. I'm always looking for things to do for breakfast other than to eat. I don't do good with breakfast because ot slows me down rather than speeds me up. I'm stopping by from the blog hop & I'm a new follower through Bloglovin.
