Well Summer is here! I just wish it was ACTUALLY here! We had rain almost all last week, and this coming week...who knows! They say it's going to get warm, but I'll believe it when I see it :)

As of right now, we plan on going camping for a few days! So not sure what we will be having...camp foods :)

Love the chicken enchiladas in zucchini boats! What a GREAT idea .. hope to get that on my menu soon.
