Quick & Easy Nachos

We are all busy people, so there are those nights, when something quick and easy is a must on our table! My family loves anything that has to do with taco meat...taco's, taco salad, nachos!!! So the other night, it was just my son and I, and I wanted to make something simple...we decided nachos sounded like the best bet. So here ya go....

Here's what you need!
Meat of your choice (we eat very little red meat anymore, so our choice was ground turkey)
Taco Seasoning, feel free to make your own
Tortilla Chips
Sliced Black Olives
Shredded Cheese
And additional toppings, we chose green onions, avocado, and light sour cream (not pictured). I usually add tomato to my kids and husbands, but I'm not a fan of them myself, and salsa or a taco sauce is good as well.

All you do is cook your meat, and add the taco seasoning. I preheated my oven to Broil on High. I always line a baking sheet with tin foil for easy clean up, and spray lightly with cooking spray. Next just lay down a layer of tortilla chips, top with meat, black olives and LOTS of cheese!!  Broil for about 5 minutes, until cheese is all melted, and I like my chips to get a lightly brown. That's that...then top it with your favorite toppings, how simple is that!!!

We have a WINNER!!!
