Dinner Plans for the week of February 25th

I'm not going to lie...I've been struggling big time following my healthy diet. But I think I've got my head back on straight, and I sat down yesterday and planned my week out (which always helps)!  Here's my Dinner Plans for the week




Monday - South Seas Pork Chops, Cilantro Lime Rice and a veggie on the side

Tuesday - Chicken & Mushrooms in a Garlic White Wine Sauce with Wild Rice

Wednesday - Baked Potato Soup & Easy Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Thursday - Crock-pot Asian Pork with mushrooms and Chinese noodles  

Friday - Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets with Baked Zucchini Sticks

Saturday - Chicken Marsala with wild rice and green beans

Sunday - Coconut Chicken Salad w/warm honey mustard vinaigrette 

All new recipes for me to try, I'm excited! I love trying new recipes!! Come back for the recipe and my review.
