I am truly enjoying my daily smoothies!
I have at least one a day, if not two! Perfect Breakfast or Lunch...or both!
I love that there are so many different types of smoothies to try!
Here's what you need!
Good quality Protein Powder, this is my favorite! Frozen Banana, Strawberries & Pineapple. Almond milk of choice and Coconut Extract!
Add the strawberry, banana & pineapple to the blender
Add the protein powder....
...and almond milk!
Blend until smooth...and enjoy!!
