Asian Beef & Noodles

If you're looking for a quick last minute dinner idea...this one will work!!! Best of all, budget friendly!!! It takes about 20 minutes and dinner will be on the table.

Here's what you'll need: ground beef, 2 Oriental Top Ramen, Stir-fry vegetable mix, ground ginger, and green onions!

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain any grease. Add the contents of one Ramen Noodel flavor packet; stir until dissolved.

Remove ground beef, and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the water, vegetables, ginger, noodles, and last flavor packet. Bring to a boil, reduced heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Return the beef to the pan and heat through. Stir in the onion, or you can do like I do, and add it to each individual bowl, since my littles don't care for onion!
